Make a brief argument for why it is important to eat fish as part of a healthy diet.
What will be an ideal response?
Certain types of fish are rich in a healthy source of fat: omega-3 fatty acids. These fatty acids are thought to improve cholesterol profiles. These fish sources are also healthy, because they are considered to be nutrient-dense. Finally, many of these same fish sources (e.g., salmon, trout, and tuna) are good sources of a variety of micronutrients.
