What is the meaning of an "incubation" period for ideas?
What will be an ideal response?
The mind is always working, even when we are not consciously thinking about a problem. It is therefore valuable to provide a period of time during a project for ideas to "incubate" or work through in our minds. It is not uncommon for someone to struggle with a problem then, frustrated that an answer has not been found, go to sleep that night, only to wake the following morning with a solution.
