What are the differences between dysploidy and polyploidy?

What will be an ideal response?

Dysploidy is a change in the number of a single chromosome without a change in the overall number
of genes. Polyploidy is a duplication in the whole genome (doubling the number of chromosomes).
Both could result in changes in chromosome number. However, dysploidy is rare and polyploidy is
common.
