What is adaptive leadership? Is it a style of leadership or a set of leadership behaviors?

What will be an ideal response?

This question may not be easily answered. The concept of adaptive leadership is relatively new
and not all authors agree on what it is.
On the one hand, one could argue that it is a style in which leaders are willing to allow
leading-following interactions to evolve over time. On the other hand, one could argue that it is
a set of behaviors and attitudes such as having an open mind and being flexible to assess the
need to change and implement change.
