What will be an ideal response?

Deciding if students are to be out of their seats is affected by where the activity is to be done and whether it is easier to do the activity while standing or kneeling on the floor. Students will naturally talk during the activity and need to know that discussion is okay and encouraged as long as it pertains to the activity. During any activity, safety of the student and others is paramount. The will need to establish specific rules that all involved will follow. Students can have input into the rule making.
