How would you recognize and distinguish between landscapes affected by wind erosion and deposition?

What will be an ideal response?

Wind erosion lowers surface elevations. These wind-scoured areas can be recognized as deflation pans or where yardangs remain above a deflated surface. Deposition builds up surface elevations and is most obvious where sand dunes are present.
