Answer: A variety of possible answers can be generated with this question. However, if introns have not been removed, the protein will be longer. If post-translational modification of protein splicing doesn't remove inteins, the protein would be longer. Also, in the process of cloning, if the stop codon has been removed the protein will be longer.
