appearance are consistent rather than having a hodgepodge look.
(b) Have one person display all presentational aids during the speech except when s/he is
speaking. This helps to make the presentation flow more smoothly.
(c) Assign one person to keep time and provide other signals to the group, such as if someone is
speaking to fast or slow, too loud or soft. This ensures that the group is receiving consistent
messages. Also, if multiple people were doing this, it would become quite distracting for the
audience.
(d) Finally, if there is a question and answer period, it is best if one person manages it, so that
there aren't three or four group members all calling on audience members at the same time.
