If you disagree with the decision made by your supervising lawyer and the client asks for your opinion, you should say what?

What will be an ideal response?

If I disagree with a decision made by the supervising lawyer and the client asks for my opinion, I would tell the client that I am not authorized to give any legal advice and doing so would be the unauthorized practice of law. As for not agreeing with a decision made by the supervising lawyer, I would bring it up when the client was not around and ask questions about the case and what I don’t agree with so I can try to understand where the supervising lawyer is coming from.
