If a bill does not pass out of committee and "dies":
a) There is no other way it for the bill to be considered and pass through the legislative process.
b) It is dead for that session, but in many legslative settings the bill could be accepted as an
amendment to anotherp piece of legislation currently moving through the process.
c) The legislation can be resubmitted if it is reformatted and a different sponsor presents the revised
version of the bill
