What will be an ideal response?
The financial projections should be flexible enough to change inputs and outputs as the firm increases or decreases production and sales. The model should follow the same revenue/cost relationship that the firm will experience at different levels of production. For example, if a new work shift is necessary to increase production past a certain level, the model should accommodate the new shift along with all the expenses that it entails.
