Discuss similarities and differences between KINETIC ENERGY and MOMENTUM

What will be an ideal response?

K is a scalar whereas P is a vector. Both depend upon mass and speed, however K depends upon the square of the speed but P is simply proportional to velocity. Momentum is always conserved for an isolated system, but K might change if it changes to/from other energy forms.
