Include immediate family extended family, significant friends and neighbors.

The first step is to describe the purpose, any ground rules (everyone gets to speak- don’t interrupt), and define the problem.

The second part is to explore options and family roles and decision making about what is needed, who will provide the resources and how to manage changing needs. It is probable that more than one meeting will likely be necessary.
