Explain the various uses of a Vichy shower
What will be an ideal response?
A Vichy shower consists of multiple showerheads spraying water of varying temperatures and pressures, suspended over a wet table. The sprays can be used to relax the body, as in a gentle rain application, or the pressure can be increased to stimulate the body, which also increases blood and lymphatic flow. A Vichy shower can also be used to rinse the body after a body scrub or mud or seaweed application. The temperature and duration of the treatment vary depending on the goals of the treatment.
