What are the Sync options for sound?

Sound sync refers to the way the sound is triggered and played. There are several
options: Event, Start, Stop, and Stream. Stream ties the sound to the Timeline so
you can easily synchronize animated elements to the sound. Event and Start are
used to trigger a sound when the playhead enters the keyframe. Event and Start
are similar except that the Start sync does not trigger the sound if it is already
playing (so there are no overlapping sounds possible with Start sync). The Stop
option is used to stop a sound.
