What will be an ideal response?
Select the query you want to export. Click the External Data tab on the Ribbon. Click the desired button in the Export group. For example, click the Excel button if you wish to export to Excel. Select the destination and enter a name for the exported query, click OK, and then select whether or not you want to save the export steps and then click Close. Open the query in Excel. You will see only the data, not the underlying query.
