Click the Background Styles button in the Background group on the Design tab then click Format Background to open the Format Background dialog box. Click Fill in the left pane and click the Picture or texture fill option button in the right pane. Click the Insert from File button to open the Insert Picture dialog box. Switch to the folder that contains the desired picture file and double-click the filename.
