Why should the PR practitioner consider carefully its working relationships with other departments within an organization?
What will be an ideal response?
PR departments achieve their objectives sometimes by relying on the cooperation
of other departments within an organization. However, this working relationship could
affect the communication department’s performance. Overreliance on another
department can doom objectives to fail if the communication team does not receive
necessary information, resources, or support. The expectations for such support should
be made exceedingly clear to all campaign team members when developing objectives.
