Explain how Office programs can save you the time it takes to do an Internet search or to skim through your reference books when you need to know some details about a person, place, or historical event.

What will be an ideal response?

All Office 2011 programs can link you with a feature called Reference Tools. Reference Tools lets you look up information from several data sources provided by Microsoft. For instance, if you want to look up a word, right-click the word, point to Look Up on the shortcut menu, and then click Definition. Reference Tools opens in the Toolbox on the right side of your screen and provides access to the Thesaurus for meanings and synonyms and the Dictionary for definitions. Other tools available in Reference Tools are the Bilingual Dictionary, Translation, and Web Search (Bing) when you need to access historical information.
