Describe the factors that might draw a company into global trade

What will be an ideal response?

Any of several factors might draw a company into global trade. Foreign markets may present additional sales and profit opportunities. The company can gain economies of scale and gain access to less expensive labor and natural resources. By going global, the company will be more able to offset domestic economic cycles. Another financial benefit is the access to foreign investment incentives that may be presented to the company. Enhanced brand image and recognition in global markets are other incentives.
