What is meant by the term unconscious imitation, and how might it affect an interview?

What will be an ideal response?

Often the interviewer will allow an unconscious imitation to influence his judgment. This condition might result from the subtle moods that often permeate the interview and are transferred from it to the interviewer. Anger and hostility are emotions that are most often transferred from one person to another. Such a transfer may cause an overly stern or overly cordial mood not in keeping with the situation.
