As she tried to prioritize her responsibilities, she began to wonder if her volunteers were communicating with her and if they were well-trained for their responsibilities.
Emelia needs to assess the situation first to determine what happened, where Zelda Snyder went, how often it has happened before, and how much she was at risk. If it appears that the behavior has been repeated and puts her life at risk, she should report the case after consulting with her supervisor. If Mr. Snyder is at risk due to poor management of his diabetes, it is possible that he is at risk and will need assessment and closer monitoring.
