Explain whether conflict has to be destructive
What will be an ideal response?
Conflict does not have to be destructive. It becomes so when the parties involved are unwilling to negotiate their differences and instead engage in tactics that are harmful and hurtful. When conflict
results in the termination of relationships and leaves one or both of the parties feeling foolish,
inadequate, or angry, it is usually destructive and hurtful.
