How does alcohol affect the brain?

What will be an ideal response?

When alcohol reaches a person's brain, it first affects his or her ability to reason, make responsible judgments, and behave logically. Alcohol next affects speech and vision. Third, it affects voluntary muscular control, sometimes making a person stagger or weave. Finally, it affects respiration and cardiac controls. A person who drinks too much will probably pass out, his or her brain "conquered" by the amount of alcohol that has been consumed.
