What is the difference between probability sampling and nonprobability sampling? What is the advantage of probability sampling? Is nonprobability sampling without value?

What will be an ideal response?

A probability sample is more accurate because it is representative of the population being studied.
By representative, we mean that everyone in the targeted population had a equal chance of having
been selected for the sample and that the sample is large enough. While a nonprobability sample
may not be viewed as an accurate reflection of reality, it can be seen as a possible indicator of
reality. As a practical matter, the more indicators that point in the same direction, the more likely
they are accurate.
