What evidence supports the neurodevelopmental hypothesis of schizophrenia?

What will be an ideal response?

Schizophrenia is more common in people whose mother was poorly nourished during pregnancy or who had an infection, extremely stressful experience, or Rh incompatibility during pregnancy. It is also more common in people who were exposed to lead or other toxins, or to the parasite Toxoplasma gondii in early childhood. Furthermore, it is more common in people born during winter or early spring in northern climates, presumably because many people born at that time had mothers who developed influenza during the second trimester of pregnancy.
