• The major exceptions include the good faith exception (even if mistakes are made, if officers have reasonable belief that search and seizure is permissible, no exclusion of evidence), the inevitable discovery exception (no exclusion if evidence would have been discovered anyway by lawful means), and the computer errors exception (no exclusion if officers reasonably rely on information from computer that happens to be mistaken).
