Describe the Cycle of Action Research.
What will be an ideal response?
Ans:
The Cycle of Action Research is composed of four phases: reflect, plan, act, and observe. Researchers can begin at any phase and continually cycle through the four phases. During planning phase, the project action plan and “who does what, when chart” are developed”. In the action phase, you implement the action plan and then in the observe phase you determine what has happened. The next stage is reflection where you think about the data and results, make sense of them, and think about what your next steps will be.
