Video teleconferencing (VTC) is the classic, multicast-based presentation where one presenter pushes out a stream of video to any number of properly configured and authorized multicast clients. These clients do not have a way (normally) to respond via video. Real-time video, in contrast, enables bidirectional communication via unicast messages. Real-time video offers both video and audio to communicate.
