Discuss the various steps in the juvenile justice process

What will be an ideal response?

Answer: The answer should include a discussion of the juvenile petition, the process whereby a juvenile can be transferred to adult court, and finally the adjudicative hearing, where the judge determines whether there is enough evidence to support the allegations in the petition. If so, then the juvenile is declared a "delinquent minor."
