What methods exist for evaluating a police organization's or individual officer's problem-solving performance?

What will be an ideal response?

Agency evaluations may be conducted on three levels: individual, organizational, and
social level. The process evaluation at the individual level primarily looks at the manner by which police officers spend their time during their shifts and their accomplishments in terms of problem solving. SARA and CompStat are used for evaluation at the organization level. Process evaluation at the social level involves the formation of community policing advisory groups or neighborhood meetings, so that the evaluations involve community participation. Community surveys can also be used for evaluation at the social level.
