Explain what the Buttons common library is and how it is used.

What will be an ideal response?

Flash provides several preset buttons and button components in the Buttons common library. To open the library, click Window on the Menu bar, point to Common Libraries, then click Buttons. Click an arrow next to a folder to display its contents, then drag a button to the Stage. Flash inserts the symbol or shape in the Library. You can modify the button by opening the button symbol edit window. Many preset buttons have effects applied to them, so the Timeline may contain multiple layers. By default, Flash locks the layers to prevent accidental editing.
