Explain the difference between glaucoma and cataract

Glaucoma, caused by excess pressure in the eye, leads to tunnel vision, whereas cataracts cause fuzzy vision, double vision, problems with glare from bright light and problems with color discrimination, which leads to a clouding of the lens.
