1.  Select a goal cell, a cell that contains a formula in which you can substitute values to find a specific value.?2.  Click the Data tab, click the What-If Analysis button in the Data Tools group, then click Goal Seek.?3.  Click the To value text box, then type the value you want as the formula solution when different values are substituted in the goal cell.?4.  Click the By changing cell text box, then select the input cell whose value will be substituted in the formula.?5.  Click OK.?6.  Check the Goal Seek Status dialog box to see if a solution was found. Then click OK to close the Goal Seek Status dialog box.?7.  Check the worksheet for the results of the Goal Seek.
