?Answers will vary. You modify a report's design in Layout view or in Design view. Many of the same options that are available for forms are also provided for reports. You can change the text of the report title as well as the font and color of text in a report to enhance its appearance. The same themes available for forms are also available for reports. You can choose to apply a theme to the current report object only, or to all reports in the database. When you point to a theme in the Themes gallery, a ScreenTip displays the names of the database objects that use the theme. You can also add a picture to a report for visual interest or to identify a particular section of the report. After you apply a new theme to a report, you should check the report to be sure that the theme's design did not cause spacing issues or text to be cut off. Working in Layout view, you can resize and reposition labels and fields to improve the appearance of the report or to address the problem of some field values not being completely displayed. To select and resize multiple fields, you press the Shift key as you select the different fields. You should also check the page number in the footer to make sure it fits completely on the page. You can add conditional formatting to a report or form. When conditional formatting is used in Microsoft Excel, special formatting is applied to field values that meet the condition or conditions set. When you print a report, you can specify whether to print the entire report or select pages to print. You do this from the Print dialog box. Please see the section "Modifying a Report's Design in Layout View" for more information.
