List and explain the three typical procedures for transferring a juvenile to criminal court

What will be an ideal response?

The three procedures are judicial waiver, direct file, and statutory exclusion. With judicial waiver, the juvenile court judge waives jurisdiction in the matter and the case is handled by the criminal court. Under direct file, the prosecutor decides to try the juvenile as an adult. With statutory exclusion, some states have laws that give criminal courts original jurisdiction over certain crimes committed by juveniles.
