One of the inherent shortcomings described by white in loosely coupled systems is the presence of minimal regular feedback. How does Wright suggest managing that?

What will be an ideal response?

Flawed feedback in loosely coupled systems is a primary source of looseness. Feedback is often suspect when introduced and there is no clarity as to how it is to be used. Loosely coupled systems, inherent in their “looseness” make do with minimal feedback because feedback may be unavailable, meaningless, or discredited. When feedback is offered, through a change agent, people within the organization question his credibility and usefulness. Dependability of feedback is imperative ensuring that feedback is explicit, immediate, accurate, and relevant.
