Explain why you would use the Protect Workbook option even though you had previously locked cells and protected a worksheet.

What will be an ideal response?

You protect a workbook to prevent users from inserting, deleting, renaming, moving, copying, and hiding worksheets within the workbook. You protect a workbook with a password to prevent unauthorized people from opening the workbook. Locking and protecting a worksheet enable a user to enter data in unlocked cells; however, it does not prevent people from opening a workbook. You can encrypt a workbook with a password to prevent unauthorized people from opening the workbook.
