What will be an ideal response?
Ken Wilber's transpersonal theory, for example, is called the integrated theory of consciousness. He explores varying vantage points of interior vs. exterior and collective vs. individual human development and how this relates to spiritual development. This could be important to social work in thinking about spiritual issues differently with clients who come from a more collectivist culture versus those from an individualistic culture. Many more examples can be given.
