Learn and sensitize communication to the cultural norms, customs, and traditions of the other culture. Be aware of, and implement, the "desired leadership behaviors" of the culture. Maintain open, sensitive, and respectful views of differences in other cultures' communication styles. Attempt to assert similar behaviors that are acceptable within the culture one is working with.
