What evidence exists to support the hypothesis that global sea level will rise 5 to 6 meters higher than it is today?

What will be an ideal response?

The evidence is the presence of 125,000-year-old shoreline deposits exposed on land about 5 to 6 meters above sea level in many tectonically stable parts of the world. These deposits date from the last time of warm climate between glacial ice ages and may provide a rough estimate of how much higher sea level will rise before the beginning of the next ice age.
