What will be an ideal response?


Neutrality includes showing no difference in response when a user completes a task as expected or does something entirely unexpected. Neutrality includes neutrality of verbal and nonverbal responses on the part of the facilitator, computer and observer. The goal of neutrality is not to influence the user’s response.
