Varies. Students should note at least one of the following: Not everyone has access to or the ability to afford healthy foods and routine exercise. These odds are shaped by social class, race, and/or geography just to name a few. Access to health care and health information is also shaped by social characteristics as well as politics economics. Americans overall have become more obese recently which is linked to changes in the workforce--more sedentary jobs and public resources that require reliance on cars. Restaurants and food companies have also increased the calories in their foods steadily over time with little disclosure so what a “normal” meal looks like has changed significantly over time. There may be other appropriate answers as well.
