Explain how you can budget for unanticipated, non-monthly, or unknown future expenses. Provide one example.
What will be an ideal response?
For some items, such as clothing, gifts, and vet visits, average the actual amounts you spent on each and use that for a monthly budgeted amount. For other items, such as vacations, simply divide the amount you plan to spend by the number of months remaining until your vacation begins. Save that amount each month so you can afford the trip without going into debt. The most enjoyable vacations are the ones that are paid for before you even leave the house.
