What would you add to personnel policies of the future and why?

What will be an ideal response?

This should have a huge variety of answers so this answer is very much up to the creativity of the students and instructor. However, the answers have to make sense and be practical, that is doable. One example is the requirement of a police management school of higher education degree or certification to become a police manager. While this is not practical today, might be doable in the future. Some would argue this is excessive credentializing. The authors would argue that anything that promotes skilled and knowledgeable police managers with a professional proactive approach is a positive change.
