Should someone with a communicable disease be disallowed from playing in a sport that involves physical contact?

What will be an ideal response?

Injuries are part of participation in sports. Receiving a disease from participation in sports is arguably not
part of the reasonable expectation of sports participants, especially if the spread of the disease could have
been prevented through reasonable care. The law is unclear in this area at present due to the rare nature
of such occurrence.
