How does the comparing place work in terms of us deciding whether or not we are happy? What happens if we are not happy?

What will be an ideal response?

In the comparing place, we compare our quality world with our perceived world. When our quality world (what we want) and our perceived world (what we have) matches we are usually happy. If the quality world and perceived world are off balance (do not match) then we become frustrated and feel the urge to do something to correct the imbalance.
