ANS: Bullying is repeated cruelty, physical or psychological, inflicted by a powerful person on a less powerful person. The most commonly reported offenses are being made fun of or called names, being the subject of rumors, and being pushed or tripped. Less common are physical threats, coercion, and purposeful destruction of private property. Cyber-bullying is bullying or harassment through electronic means such as e-mail, Facebook postings, text messaging, blogs, or sexting.
