Would you be willing to give up some of your civil rights in order to aid the war on terror?
What will be an ideal response?
Answer: Yes I would give up some of my civil rights to help aid in the war on terror. I believe that we all should be willing to give up a few civil rights for our freedom. I know that I have given up a few of my civil rights when I enlisted into the Army. I know that when I signed up there was no war on terror going on. The year after I finished up basic training the World Trade Centers were hit. I know that it may sound a little far-fetched to give up your rights but in the end it was a worth it. Some people may find it difficult to give up their rights because they have been given everything they wanted and never had to do without. These are the people who would find it the hardest to part with any of their civil rights. I find this difficult to handle because I feel like that I could not trust them or rely on them if I needed to. I feel like there will be war that spills onto US soil and then people would be forced to give up their rights to help defend this nation against any enemy that shows up and fights against us.
