How can breastfeeding help a baby avoid infections?

What will be an ideal response?

Antibodies have a stem structure that tags them for secretion outside the bloodstream into tears, saliva, sweat, and milk. If the mother has recently experienced and infection, most likely the baby will have been exposed as well, and the mother's antibodies will cross into the milk and protect the child.
